She walked through the door, and the feeling of being watched crawled over her skin. Her hairs stood like a crown around her head, down her spine, immediately taking her back to her time trapped on the Grounds.
I'm Not Sorry Anymore
From a very young age, I remember being highly aware of EVERYTHING. Including the way people spoke about women. It seems as though everyone has their own idea of what the "perfect" woman consists of. Unfortunately, it was in my nature from day one to try and comply.

Mackenzie Z. KennedyPublished 5 years ago in VivaAbortion at 18
It was a normal day when I realised that something wasn’t quite right, I didn’t feel well and hadn’t started my period, what was wrong with me. I didn’t know at that moment. So I decided to take a pregnancy test just to be sure. It came back positive and four to five weeks pregnant. I was in shock, I didn’t know what to do, but I knew that I couldn’t have a child at my age because I was financially unstable and could not afford it. So what were my options? An abortion. That was the only way I would not have this baby. After I and my boyfriend found out, we drove to his mum's house with his sister there as well, she’s a midwife. She gave me all the options I could go for. I decided on having an abortion. I felt wrong inside, I knew it was selfish and unfair, but I didn’t want to put my baby at risk or for it not to have the best upbringing because of money issues.
Gina X GregoryPublished 5 years ago in VivaTo All Men That Tell Women to Smile
Dear all men who think they are entitled to women's smiles, Stop. When we are sitting at a bar, casually scrolling through our phone, or just simply walking by, the last thing we want is a random man to rudely intrude into our personal bubble. If you want to talk to us, a simple hello will do. If we say no to that, it is not a green light to further talk to us until we give in, nor is it a reason to get unreasonable, i.e. get ridiculously pissed off that you weren't given a chance. We don't have to give you a chance if we don't want to. Period.

Johnny Depp, it seems, has been vindicated in several areas of the "Court of Public Opinion." His lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard, where he is suing her for no less than fifty million U.S. dollars, has shed new light on that which has plagued the media for nearly three years. Now, after so much rage from MeToo protesters about Johnny Depp's continued employment as an actor and musician, people are stepping back, and realizing that yes, Amber Heard just might have lied after all. Not only that, but new evidence points to Amber, not Johnny, as the abusive partner in that relationship.

So how many times have you said to yourself that "this is the last time," only to find the cycle starting over again? How many times have you beaten yourself up because of mistakes that you made, because your heart was wired different and you cared about not caring? Does that make you stupid or an idiot—because, instead of calling or texting that ex, you rather suffer the moment of pain and flashes of memories, then end up right back at "I can't do this no more." Society has us think that because we choose to be upfront and call someone out on their buffoonery that we are bitter, hurt, and scorn. No, just fed up and tired of three, or four, or even 12 chances, when time after time, the red flags were there, yet we beloved in our heart say "this time is different."
