It was used to construct schools in the 70s-80s and probably into the 90s. Not only in schools but in other municipal buildings like courts. Now many schools have been closed because this cheap concrete is causing schools to crumble. This has disrupted thousands of children's school lives. Money will now be needed to upgrade and repair these houses of education.
