10 Pros & Cons About Pokémon Scarlet
Why am I so late talking about this? Well, first of all, I co-own a Nintendo Switch Lite with my brother. He lives at home, and I live near my university. Because he works full-time 40 hours a week, and I work approximately 70 hours a week between classes and university jobs, it made more sense for our joint-custody Nintendo to live with him for a little bit. Now that classes are over for the semester, and I’m back home for however long, it’s time for me to finally figure out what all the buzz was about. Neat. So, as I play Pokemon Scarlet for the first time ever, allow me to dispense my first takes on the game. Five glaring gripes, and five soaring praises. Let’s crack in.

The outside world was unknown to her, but she could see a glimpse of it through the window in his room. Shifting sunlight filtered through murky, soup-like gas clouds. The multitudinous colors created a mesmerizing effect over the blasted, lifeless earth. It was beautiful in a way, but Zori knew if she took one step out there she would choke on those colors.

Cold Soul
The outside world was unknown to her, but she could see a glimpse of it through the window in his room. The glimpse was all Crystal remembered from her childhood, but she held that single frame of memory in her soul like a solitary ember cast from the hearth.

The outside world was unknown to her, but she could see a glimpse of it through the window in his room. Statuesque in her concentration, she gazed out it longingly, concentrating momentarily on the flies ticking and buzzing against the glass of her prison.

Bah humbug, it's that time of year, when we spend more than we can afford and get pissed on cheap beer. Although I don't doubt it is merry for some, I myself find Christmas all too glum. I am the Grinch with a beating heart, a character at the table who plays their part.

Spinning rooms and floating doors I’m not in Kansas or sleeping - no more But how to explain - exactly what I am seeing If I am awake and not safely dreaming * The holidays arrived like before, pretty quickly We are just days away from visits with jolly saint Nicky 🎅 So how is he sitting beside me here on my bed With visions of unicorns circling my head? * He says, he can’t see them - I must be confused Sleep deprived, tipsy or have a major screw loose Whatever it is, I think Im losing my mind He said he will hang around - just to help me to find it * I had it this morning - while I was at work I could have lost it in the car-others were driving like jerks He’s belly laughing at me - I’m not sure what is so funny Omg he just turned into an oversized bunny 🐰 * How the hell did that happen? I only blinked once Well, maybe I dozed off, boy- I feel like a dunce I took a few ambien - just before bed Maybe that could explain it, and this is all in my head * I noticed my Santa is missing from off of my lawn And he arrived out of nowhere sometime after I yawned But how did he manage to get in the front door - his hands attached to his side? He said stop asking all those stupid questions, I got a sleigh - come on, let’s ride * All the reindeer are here and they’re not tiny at all And rudolf, that asshole - just took a dump in the hall I stepped into it barefooted and they all started to laugh They sound like elves sucking helium - after a bath * And they needed one too - they all smelled like old farts They shifted shapes, so we all fit into the jacuzzi heart- tub My mom loved that ol’ tub - I thought would be in the way Oh what the hell - lets all go get into that sleigh * We took off with a start, I began quickly to swoon I felt just like ET flying in front of the moon It was so big and so bright Santa handed out sunglasses 🕶 Then everything became slow - like winter molasses * We traveled all over the world, from Bangkok to Utah When the reindeer got tired, Santa rented a U-haul He said not to tell anyone what I had seen Took my sunglasses off, said it’s was all just a dream 💤 * He then snapped his fingers- and counted to three He said, wake up now, you have to go pee And boy, was he right- I would have peed on myself But it’s happened before, I blamed the elf on the shelf * Those boys must be best buddies, he told me to tell him I’m sorry Told me his real name wasn’t dick, it was actually, Charlie I crawled back into bed - my bladder empty and light Hearing yelling outside, saying, to all a goodnight 🌙

For many years, the name "Ebenezer Scrooge", or sometimes merely "Scrooge", had been the byword for 'cruel', 'miserly', 'ill company' and 'cold-hearted'.

The outside world was unknown to her, but she could see a glimpse of it through the window in his room. Tawna sneered as she watched them, out there, those soulless drones, marching, by ones and by twos, some in small groups with a false sense of purpose. They wore grins, blank but wide - the smiling mask, the hallmark of the unenlightened, the unintelligent, the unevolved.
Christmas for Me
I’m not spending Christmas like most families this year. I’m not even sure what is “normal” for most families. I’m spending Christmas like every other day, actually. I’m not obligated to anyone or any organisation this year and it’s quite refreshing, yes. It’s been the first in probably ten years of my career.

Dear Vocal Media: You have brightened many a dreary day, afforded me the opportunity to meet many beautiful souls from across the globe, and provided me with a fun distraction from grief therefore I am very grateful for you. But, I'd love to see the following Christmas wish come true. I've written it in the form of a poem below.

Santa is the king of children's fantasies... magical, jolly, kind, loving and adoring. He and the elves have talked about nothing for the past 3 weeks other than all of the goodies that he will be delivering to the children, and all of the goodies he will get in return from the children; cakes, cookies, milk and many, many other surprise goodies.

Katrina ThornleyPublished about a year ago in Poets 30 Great Songs of Donna Summer
Donna Summer achieved major success throughout her career. She made it into the Top 10 with 14 songs in the US and has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide. To this day her albums still sell about 1.5 million copies per year every year and her fan base is as strong and fervent as it was in the 1970s. I love Donna Summer. Her voice was amazing. I would go so far as to call her one of the greatest vocalists of all-time.
