The 4 Phases of Spiritual Awakening and What You Can Learn From Each Phase

I went through a spiritual awakening some years back. It was an extremely stressful and trying time for me.

Throughout the process, there was a lot of chaos, pain, and the stripping away of what was familiar and comfortable to me.

At this point, things are not perfect in my life, but things have settled down somewhat.

I now understand much more about this process and the reason why it had to happen.

When going through the awakening process, it really helps to understand the process.

There are four main stages to the awakening process. Understanding these stages will help you to stay strong and keep your sanity when times get hard.

Phase 1

This is the phase where strange and unexplainable things will begin to happen. Your life may begin falling apart. At this time, you’ll start to feel very lost and confused.

Often, you’ll start to lose friends and other relationships may fall apart. But, you will probably start to see angel numbers. This will begin to clue you in to the fact that there is more going on than what you see on the surface.

Phase 2

Once you begin to see the angel numbers and other possible signs and synchronicities, this is where you will begin to seek answers. Most likely you will begin to do lots of research and to search for answers through the internet, social media, and books.

Although you still don’t know exactly what’s going on, you’re starting to realize that things may be happening for a reason and maybe there is a higher power at work.

Phase 3

In phase 3, you have done a lot of research and have a much better and clearer understanding of what is going on. Your faith is becoming much stronger and you’re beginning to be reassured that God has a greater purpose for your life.

You have become a lot stronger mentally, and your faith is stronger than ever. You are also beginning to experience breakthroughs now, and you’re starting to see why everything had to happen the way it did.

It’s becoming evident that things were working for you rather than against you, all along.

Phase 4

In this phase, things are really coming together. You’re so much stronger, so much more self-assured, and largely more confident than you were before the awakening process took place.

You now realize that the purpose of the awakening process was to help you become the person that you’ve always wanted to be. Your relationship with the creator is stronger than ever.

Now you are beginning to walk into your purpose and your soul mission. You’re stepping into the greatest version of yourself!

Final Thoughts

These are the four phases of the spiritual awakening process.

I would classify myself as being at stage 3 getting ready to enter stage 4. So, at this point, I understand the process a great deal more than I did at the beginning.

So I just want to encourage and assure anyone going through a rough time right now that there is so much light and beauty on the other side.

This process is happening for you and not to you.
