Dear Reader: If COVID-19 Hurt Your Mental Health, I'm Sorry
Hello, I don't know who you are, but my guess is that if you've clicked onto this article, you may be struggling to cope right now.
Hypnotherapy
In my career I have had many people ask me what Hypnotherapy is and how it works. I have also had people express fear that hypnosis is “mind control”. I am here to explain what it is and debunk the “mind control” theory.

Sometimes you get caught up in life. The weight of the world tends to hit hard. You start to worry. Can't think. It's these moments that you will seek balance consciously, unconsciously, or both. You'll seek balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It's easy to get lost if you're not careful.
Reiki MikaelPublished 3 years ago in Psycheshow me how it gets better
Every night when I’m lying in bed, I talk to the universe. I used to ask it questions, but now I kind of just demand things. “Show me how it gets better.” It never responds. Audibly, that is.

With all of the problems that the media has raised about drug and alcohol rehabilitation, many people have taken the wrong impression of what Sober Living is really about. Sober Living is actually a program that helps those suffering from drug addiction return to living a normal life. In Palm Coast, Florida, a Sober Living program offers intensive therapy and counseling to help recovering addicts get back to living a normal life. The Sober Living program offers twelve recovery programs to fit various situations of each patient. How do you completely sober up?
"How can you completely sober up?" is a question that has no one to answer for, as everyone is different. For some people, after years of heavy drinking and drug use, it's not easy to get over the addiction and live a sober life. For other people, the temptation is too great to try to quit so they resort to drinking again. It's important to know if you fall into one of those categories.
Inpatient Drug Rehabilitation In Westminster Colorado
Whether you choose an Inpatient drug rehab or an outpatient one, both offer great advantages. An Inpatient drug rehab in Westminster CO provides various means of treatment for those who need it and is highly recommended by medical professionals. However, the cost can be quite prohibitive and many people simply cannot afford it. Inpatient drug rehab in Westminster, for most people, can only be afforded if a good friend or family member is willing to help. If you are lucky, you may just have enough cash to pay for it.
Austin RamPublished 3 years ago in PsycheDepression & Anxiety
I never thought I would be having anxiety until I got it back in August of 2019 due to trauma at work. Since then I've been struggling with anxiety and depression. Depression passed after being on medication for a year and then attending counseling sessions for 6 months. I still have some bad days but we all have good and bad days so I am happy about that. My anxiety increased and it didn't get better and I have all the tools, breathing techniques, meditation, exercises, stimulation, you name it I have probably tried it.

Hearing that door close and lock behind me was, one of only 2 times in my life where I have been truly terrified. The other being in the delivery room for the birth of my first child. I knew the minute that I heard the lock turn over in the tumbler that my live was never going to be the same. I had "run away from home" several times in the 6 years since I had been adopted but I had always known that I had the opportunity to come home, and I would be welcomed with open arms. Now that was no longer an option and I just stood there for what felt like an eternity wondering exactly what I was going to do and where I was going to go. I guess here would be a good opportunity to discuss with you at least a part of my childhood. And with that I mean my adoption and the situation surrounding it.

Yes, you read the title right. Clearly, Michael Phelps is not in high school and is not a lady. I use the description figuratively. . . . Read on and you will see.
Nate HuyserPublished 3 years ago in PsycheTop Ten Tips for Stalking Synchronicity
As some of you may know, and most of you probably won't know, these top ten tips are included at the beginning of my first lecture on synchronicity, as a little guide to the phenomena. I clarified, in this lecture, that there would be a more extensive explanation of these top ten tips in an appendix of the lecture notes; this is that appendix. If you find these ideas interesting, I recommend you check out my lecture series on my Youtube channel, which I will link at the end of this article. More importantly however, if any of these ideas strikes a deep chord of resonance within you, contact me and let me know how and why. I always love to learn about the experiences of other people who are open to the magic of reality. Enjoy the piece!

It's been almost 3 years after my heartbreak, but still, the flashback haunts me from inside and has left a huge mark on my emotional and mental state.
