Sometimes words cut deeper than any knife. Just as quickly, they can end your life.

Words spilling out of your mouth, you better look out. The scars seep deep, as they continue to creep.

My heart, it beats, but the pain defeats. Things that you said gave me the creeps.

Your burning passion, with such fashion, those things you bred were real lashings.

My soul is broken, at the words you have spoken.

Ripping apart, my heart without a second thought. The things you said, while we fought.

Can never take it back, your verbal attack.

So I walk away, without looking back.
