WOMAN BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE

Be not apologetic spending your efforts being happy, kind and helping others
there's not enough happiness or kindness in the world
in preparing for Life it's best to fall in love first to learn its vagaries
after experiencing lost love your heart is alert now

Be not the false woman who lives under the thumb of fake colored hair
Be not of the world of narcissism; the world needs humble and honest people
know that to have opulence in your life may give your life a temporary lift
but it may also be harmful

Know that to have less is to have more
do not partake in thoughts of wickedness
but cast a penumbra of goodness over iniquity
no matter the chaos in the world know that Good always conquers Evil

A woman I know went looking for the devil to make her pretty
until a very wise person put a mirror up to her face
her reflection shocked her
she realized it was OK to be herself

As looks are not the measure of a woman
integrity and self-respect are
don’t let your conscience condemn you to mediocrity
strive for excellence, it is the only path to perfection

Let the majestic sun guide you with confidence to the holy grail
wrap your destiny with an intrepid heart
know that all life is revered by God even the Devil's

Be mindful the world’s thinking is warped and can mislead
know too, the world is only as warped as the men who run it
your goodness must always be the light that fights the malice in men

Racism, misogyny, anti-human beliefs, wreaks havoc in all countries
with each other's help progress can be attained for everybody
deformed hearts in people make it apparent there is need
for a different kind of ethical, more benevolent teaching

Organized religions are not the answer they only use and twist
errant thoughts of human weaknesses to save their financial existence
their stupor is evident in their absence of empathy following morally
deficient and ethnically corrupt politicians

Compassionate people never yield to tyrants, male or female,
woman be from the ever loving side of love that gives harbor
to mistreated humans and animals,
carry it in your breast, you are a savior

Be the happy benevolent person you are meant to be
your heart knows the truth that caring for one's fellow humans is godly
and taking care of living creatures and Mother Earth is paramount
knowing all living creatures on this planet need our help

Then like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon come alive
To see our world with new eyes, to get know it as our new home
to explore the optimism and the possibilities that never were before
and how it direly needs Love to help heal the people of our hurting planet
