Within the Pack

werewolves

Full moon rises in the sky

Night air fills with the cry

Pack broken, leader worn

Changing, all skin torn

Hard for some

For others the change is easier to come

The ulfric is supposed to lead

But democracy is his creed

Tied into three

Doesn’t like one it’s easy to see

Can’t accept himself he’d rather die

To take the other two he’d try

Turning the old leader into a feast

He’s tearing himself apart, can’t accept the beast

Afraid he will give up his human side

Shoving the beast further deep down inside

To lead you have to be feared

But he wants to be solely human, cured

She has to step in for him

But he tries to toss her around on a whim

Wanting to run and be free

But mad because she can lead better than he

Other worldly energy leaking out

Always happens when he’s mad, or is going to pout

Being ulfric isn’t enough

He has to look like he is everything, even tough

Energy going to leak

Knowing he is going to lose his pack, he’s too weak
