Widen, Brighten

What’s it like to own property?

The rule of first possession

Brings about the thought

That all greatness is confession

Of property that is wrought.

Real estate demands that the brightest

minds unleash their best

Until skyscrapers extend to their highest

Point. Every agent sups up the test.

Turnaround properties cling

To the thoughts of those that

Busy themselves with money to bring

together cash to make their pockets fat.

They keep coming for the coins to stack.

And the houses spring to the fore.

They lift their wings on their back

And allow homes to soar.

The purity of the land in escrow

Causes the eyes to widen, brighten.

The dollar then is something to know.

And the resolve of all will tighten.
