“Life is divided into three terms - that which was, which is, and which will be. Let us learn from the past to profit by the present, and from the present, to live better in the future.”

- William Wordsworth

Why

***

O Thou, Man

Whose world spins so fast

Living up to catch up with it

It’s like a present now past

Whether your dreams are still dreams

Or thou cannot reach your aimed peak

Thou are blind,

For the Earth is to take body

But thy soul will ask:

“Was I made of stone and steel?

What do I feel?”

What is the World thou have built?
