I am blemished

I am flawed

Help me to see what you see

In me

The strength you pronounce

The giver I can be

The brave and courageous

I don’t see those in me

The wisdom you share

The sin you take

I wish only to be all that you see

In me

Beautiful and gifted

You say to me

You have more inside then

You believe

Listen to me

For my child it’s all that and more I see

I knew you as I know you now

A child I love and so should you

I am not blemished

I am not flawed

I am exactly who you created me to be

Thought provoking. Self questioning of one’s self is a real struggle. Taking a moment to reflect on our outward actions and responsibilities towards others could help others to ask themselves how they appear. Great message towards self improvement.
