Whispers of the Moon

In the still of night when the world is hushed

And the moon rises high in the darkened sky

I hear the whispers of the moon, soft and low

A mystical melody that seems to grow

It tells of tales from long ago

Of secrets that only the night can know

It weaves a spell, a magic so deep

That I find myself drawn in, unable to sleep

The moon beams down with a silvery light

Guiding me through the shadows of night

I follow its call, my heart beating fast

As I journey through memories of the past

The whispers of the moon are my guide

Leading me to the secrets it holds inside

I listen closely, trying to hear

The ancient wisdom it longs to share

As dawn breaks and the night fades away

I am left with a sense of wonder and dismay

For the whispers of the moon have touched my soul

And now, forever more, I am whole.
