What Would I Be Worth

If Not For You

If I could move the world, and set it straight; clean it up and make it great

If I could do this but not move you; what would it all be worth?

If I could touch the masses, and soothe their souls; through my words, cool the coals

If I could to this but not touch you; what would it all be worth?

If I could know every secret, and sort it through; teach the children and grant their due

If I do this, but not know you; what would it all be worth?

If I could inspire men and make them kin; through word and deed, birth a grin

If I could do this but not stir you; what would it all be worth?

If for you I do these things, inspire, touch, move and teach; and yet forever you allude my reach

If do these things but not be with you; what would I be worth?
