Thoughts racing beyond my control. The silence is cold, makes me feel alone.

Thoughts are racing, beyond my control. Silence is cold, makes me feel alone.
Hearts beating faster, anxious, and scared Not sure how I got there.
Should I stay or should I go? Not sure which way my paths shall go. Questions still remain unknown?
Give me a reason to stay or am I reaching for something to far away.
I feel the tension. See the hate.Is this is going to be my fate?
Guess my fairy tale isn't meant to last.
The love we once had has faded into the past.

Tears continue to fall. My Smile begins to fade. Laughter is a far distance away. As I cry myself to sleep I ask myself was I ever good enough will I ever make the cut?

Gossamer
"Murray! Wake up!" He loved that period between waking and dreaming. To him, it was like entering another dimension; more of a dreamscape than dreaming itself. There was an otherness to it that he wanted to grasp and yet deeply respected the fact that it could never be his totally. This is what gossamer was; flighty and light, a wisp of smokiness, an idea suggested but not fully revealed, a slit in cloth, a copse in the wood.
