I remember when I first hear the phrase,

a young adolescent.

Not knowing the significance of what it meant,

seeing it play out within an imaginary place.

***

Appealing messages to remember,

motivation for us all.

Some forty years later, as we're in the fall

I remember that message this November.

***

Our leaders, they have failed,

nowhere closer to that reality are we.

Politicians, Fox News, and CNN...really!

That message lost over time, our lives vailed.

***

Wisdom to the young lost over time,

from youthful fun and laughter,

to just living in memories ever after,

lost in thoughts like mine.

***

Til all people remember the simpleness of being young,

letting go of the ugliness that's been taught.

Remember how the world once was, give this idea a thought,

the world gets better one way, but is waiting "Until All Are One"...
