What is my purpose?

I buzz...

I buzz...

I buzz......all day long to return home to too many brothers and only a few sisters. My mom is never home and I eat what I brought myself. There's no time for fun or games, just work, eat, and sleep.

I drone on and on in the fields for flowers. I fly until my wings are tired. So thirsty, this sun burns bright today.

I buzz...

I buzz...

I buzz...

The sun went to bed, my brothers lay their heads, and my queen does her thing. It is time for me to rest. I've given work my best, and I hope the flowers don't miss me too much. The rest of my family can pay them a visit.
