Time Capsule

Metaphoric Poetry

Time tends to be the robber of the heart and mind

Always sinking deep at the most opportune moments

Truly never wanting to faded away

Only when your feeling weak and darkness is griping tight

Pressure of the depths within daily life

Reminding you that you are still here – still breathing

Anticipating and never knowing the next collapse

The pressure of moving on is weighted down by a damaged mind

The same dark mass that inhibits healing

Incoherently constricts the mind of seeing light in happiness

Emotions that still run rapid within

Start to lessen when the heart becomes full

Constriction of time weakens, as it fills with new memories

Starting to accept a new life, and new happiness.

Living in the same time that once made life unbearable

Now contains a new a balance attached within a new found hope

Striving for positivity for a clear healthy mind

Blocking out the voice that continues to drag you down

Straight back to open pandoras' box of tricks

Defending the only thing that makes life complete

Building up walls of contentment only manage the change

Giving life a chance, hope smiles and gives the script of acceptance

Visions of new happiness enter the mind

Filling in the open sores that still linger

Rewriting life’s journey as it happens, voiding out the judgment mixed on regret - always seeking what will mend a broken heart.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Never give up on finding your life’s happiness

Never seek the darkness that broke and stole who you were

Continue to use abilities handed to you, to spread the love you have inside.

Always take a chance towards gifts that have been placed in front of you

To make you – you again.
