Through

there are many things ,

Just I guess, don’t see - see through what is happening to people breaking,

I believe that we do not have all there pain, so impossible to understand.

When everything is against you.

With the right support & help,

Things can get better, in time

Each and every one of us has never believed it will get better.

How can it when it doesn’t?

No matter how much love is reassuring you, the only way is to trust.

You have to.

Although- when it doesn’t & it doesn’t,

What do you as the the other person keep the lift for them .

You have only so many answers & encouragement.

Think.

I am writing this as there for me are no more answers.

As with the love & understanding that runs out like a road -

A road that now is no longer on a map, sat nav .

I have had tremendous support, with kindness, love

But the real world , will not give you the tools .

To keep you supported .

So where is the answer s to follow if you like a recipe?

It starts with ingredients?

The friend s are the first part of the ingredients, the rest is your fighting fighting fighting to survive, dragging you to lower survival .

With the survival not mixing with the friends,

The friend ships then became less & less. As they were the recipe in the first place.

I had no insight into being left. With no where I could run, noway of changing or fighting was going to just more than factual injustice, a fight a soul .

When it all becomes the same every day in every way, that’s. Amazing ( at least)- you could say- die another day) I had a tough time before with a last break up, I was younger,

Years of growing & year s of learning.

I have took rainbow s & possibly missed signs .

Life

Until that life is giving you a no life

Try even if you have given 💯 percent you can say I truly tried- that’s a hug & a congratulation to you .
