How the World Lures Us

Dressed in luxury

She invites us steadily

How attractive she is

Her affect contagious

With her devious ornaments

She lures humanity

Encouraging opulence

Caging us in her arms

Sucking in our happiness and peace

To later leave us with the grave's worms

And into the hell fire she'll release

Once we are lost in her eyes

She possesses our thinking

Bigger and bigger she'll arise

She goes deep with her stinging

Her voice full of alluring promises

The ones made to be broken

Playing with our subconscious

Stealing our love, happiness, and emotion

She is sham beauty

Beauty coated with poison

Lifting her veil gradually

Kissing her victim till an explosion

Beware victims!

Don't let get too close!

She'll take over your system

Placing cold fingers on your throats

She's a test to our existence

Not to those who are smart and wise

So, keep her at a distance

Level up and take a rise!
