The Princess Cruises Ship

The vacation that turned into a nightmare...

The vacation that turned into a nightmare,

The fear and germs that everyone began to share.

Our first cruise,

A rotten time to choose.

Now we are stuck,

Pitiful luck!

Will we ever see our home again?

Repenting of our every sin.

The virus stuck viciously,

Locked in our room, judiciously.

They’re not letting us off;

In the next room we hear a muffled cough.

Is this it?

To sickness, will we submit?

Who knew a type of hell could float on water?

Who knew a virus would be this quick to slaughter?

There is a rising temptation to dive into the ocean,

For it would be better than this ship’s ever-sickening motion.
