A drop into the pond of water and soul
An opening of creative powers forms a hole
Magic sparks and the passion ignites
Producing a display of sparkles and lights

Ethereal fairies feel the vibrational flow
In a cave full of darkness their wings are in glow
Orbs guide the way into no man's land
Alone they reach out for the invisible hand
.
Luminous circles morph into a vision
Where solidified ideas burst with collision
A dimension of clarity will float above all
Whilst the body works in the unescapable ball
.
Will the waltz of the dreamers share their naked heart?
Alone they walk but they are never apart
Pulled away from each layer that no longer binds
A fairy resides next to these treasured finds

The Gen Z Entrepreneurial Revolution
It is hardly debatable that the world has always been run by a bunch of aging dinosaurs, mostly male, who refuse to allow the younger generation to bring about changes. Politicians and leaders everywhere refuse to release the reigns of creativity and leadership until they are dead or dying. It is time to give the young a chance to revolutionize and change the entire landscape of their existence. Those of us with one foot in the grave, so to speak, should wake up and realize that we are not the ones who will be living in the world in the years to come.
