The Little Butterfly

How Doth?

How doth The Little Butterfly

Float along its way,

As if it's in no hurry

To find its landing space.

It searches high and low

Just to find a place

of plentiful pollen

That it might stuff its face.

A curious little specimen

it seems to me to be,

that every little butterfly

seems like the busy bee.

And as its belly gurgles

so full of pollen then,

it once again takes its flight

to another Yester-when.

So as you see the butterfly

on the the flight that it has sought,

try not to be the butterfly

that's easily forgot.
