The foundation is funded . Just another poem of the times.

Cheta-Lee was upset and utterly disgruntled she was to be.

At the fact that she had was to be giving back portions of her meager, weekly pay.

To the very people who had given it to her in the form of payments that day.

For services rendered and labor tendered. And for what?

For something which she didn’t sign up for at the start.

Just because they could, they did. They just went right on into her paycheck.

and took it out. Before she even got it. She had to ask some questions about this.

What was it about? What was it used for?

They were taking a small percentage of her pay as her contribution to the fund.

The annual fund. It was to benefit "the foundation," they said.

Yes. She did ask, and she was told this.

What foundation? She had was to ask further, and hiss.

You did ask those questions too, and more.

Yeah, I heard you, even before. So, she went and googled the foundation.

And read up on who they are and on what they do.

She was angry and mad as Hellshire beach waters too.

Why am I here paying into something that does not have anything to do with me?

It sure does not seem to benefit me.

But she had to sleep, just like everybody else, every week.

She has got to get her rest in order to be able to function properly and to act by herself.

So, she went to bed that night and tried to sleep.

But sleep would not come by her to weep.

In the place of the sleep which would not come. Something else was to come.

It was an idea in the form of a “what if” question.

What if we, my people and me, what if we should start doing that sort of thing too?

What if we should establish for ourselves a foundation to do so? Then she did.

So, there began the rebirth of Marcus’ dream.

To reclaim Africa for the Africans and our Queens.

And boy, is it ever-growing and going places? It sure is.

Now, do you want a stake in the quiz? Over to you, and the kids.
