The Fleeting Bloom of Spring

A Tribute to the Transience of Nature

The world awakens from its winter sleep,

As spring arrives with promises to keep,

The air is filled with fragrant scents,

As nature awakens from its dormancy hence.

*

The buds that lay dormant now unfurl,

Beneath the warming rays of the sun's pearl,

The trees that stood bare now come to life,

As the birds return to end their strife.

*

The world is filled with hues so bright,

As the flowers bloom with all their might,

The fields are painted with a rainbow of shades,

As the bees hum and the butterflies cascade.

*

The meadows that were once barren and dull,

Now dance with life, so beautiful,

As nature showcases its prowess and might,

The world around us is transformed overnight.

*

But as the days go by, the bloom starts to fade,

As the summer sun begins its tirade,

The colors that once adorned the world,

Start to wilt as their lives unfurl.

*

The leaves that once danced in the breeze,

Now lay on the ground, lifeless and deceased,

The flowers that once bloomed so bright,

Now wither away, never to see the light.

*

The world that was once so full of life,

Now becomes a shadow of its former self, rife

With the memories of spring, so fleeting and brief,

As nature reminds us of its transience and belief.

*

For just like the bloom of spring, our lives too,

Are but a fleeting moment in time, so true,

We are born, we live, and then we die,

As nature shows us that all things must say goodbye.

*

So let us cherish the beauty of spring,

And let its fleeting nature be a reminder to bring,

More joy, love, and laughter into our lives,

Before the bloom fades away and nature thrives.

*

For the beauty of spring is not just in its bloom,

But also in the reminder that it brings to our room,

That life is but a fleeting moment in time,

And that we must cherish it before we become sublime.

*

The fleeting bloom of spring may be short-lived,

But the memories that it creates, forever will be engraved,

In our hearts, as a reminder of life's beauty and grace,

And that we must cherish every moment, in this fleeting space.
