The Exception

I am the exception to every rule

No amount of lies told to me can make me a fool

I am sharper than any of your sharpest tools

I rewrite the definition and define the word cool

My imagination is deeper than any pond or pool

My knowledge obtained is from no ordinary school

And the wisdom I possess, did not come from sitting on a stool

I am richer than the richest jewel

More stubborn than your oldest mule

Yet, I’m sweet as pie, but somewhat cruel

Because why...

I AM the exception to every rule.
