"We didn't see it coming."

Every American will always remember exactly where they stood on Tuesday, September, 9th, 2011. A series of four coordinated terrorist attacks against the United States shook us to the core that morning. We stood in horror and quaking panic as we watched more than 3,000 people die. The phrase "We Will Never Forget" has been adhered to that day in American history. As true as this may be, what about THE DAY THAT THE DEVIL CAME TO AMERICA?

On May 25, 2020 the ground ruptured beneath us. You may not have immediately noticed the agitation and foreboding terror that was coming. You probably did not foresee the consternation and grief that there would be throughout the United States! For a small bounty of just $20.00 the devil came to America that day.

He instilled immense hatred and scorn into our pre-weakened souls.

Then his demons invaded our minds through every weak, trifling hole.

He armed us with torches, blades and persuaders of every shape and size.

As we looked to the heavens, all that could be seen was the hate in our eyes.

Angry riots established as the flames lifted violently into the air.

We followed right behind filming and recording to have something to share.

The devil was shouting demands, he was quite the Knievel.

The smoke, as it rose filled our nostrils with the stench of pure evil.

He collected the souls of the innocent and blameless.

He took them all without care, as he was thoughtless and shameless.

"I'm going to tear down your lives and then I'll send you all to Hell!"

He smiled and he laughed as the screams made his fiendish smile swell.

He walked through our streets with his growing army of repugnance.

"This is in the name of our freedom, we must all take a stance!"

He entered our homes and burned down our lives.

He tortured and mangled as the innocent cried.

He divided us all by the color of our skin.

He made us fight til' the death for what we believed in.

As we buried the dead we was attacked from behind.

He ripped out our eyes and made us all blind.

"The colors on this flag, they don't mean a thing."

Then he covered our ears as the children began to sing.

The dark clouds and the storms began to depart.

As we all took notice of the lack of love in our hearts.

We can each help one another be great and be strong.

Our path can be found in the words of a song.

"America, she's the land of the free".

This dark place of malice is not where we want to be.

Let's all join hands, no matter what color.

Let's share what we have and love one another.

Send the devil back home, we don't need him here.

This land is OUR land and we have nothing to fear.

Put down your torches and lay down your guns.

It's time to stand and fight back, but TOGETHER as ONE.
