The little bee wakes with a sleepy hum,

Sunshine streams, her day has come.

Black and yellow stripes so bright,

She stretches her wings and takes to flight.

Off to the garden, green and grand,

Flowers galore, a wonderland.

Roses red and lilies white,

Dandelions dancing in golden light.

Deep inside each colorful bloom,

Sweet nectar waits, a delicious perfume.

The busy bee dips in her fuzzy feet,

Gathering pollen, oh so sweet.

Back to the hive, a buzzing line,

Honey pots waiting, a golden shine.

Working together, a happy hum

Honey for everyone, till the day is done.
