I was chatting with my Muse and said I had an idea for a dedication for her based on a Chess Board. I hope this is not to trite’

Music has to be “I Know Him So Well” from the musical Chess , my Muse does know me so well

On The Board of Life. I will be your Knight

To protect you always, You are my queen

The opponents pawns will never pass me

You will see I’ll always put them to flight

I will hold you my queen, Though I’m just a knight

I would be your king, if you would have me

A bishop could join us and then marry

And be together in our castle bright

I will Keep you close on this board of life

Though many challenges will come our way

Together ,Queen and King we’ll be divine

I was your knight and I am now much more

You are my queen, and you will make me soar
