That right word
When there's plenty to say in an argument
That right word
It’s evasive
Subtly self substituting at the last moment
Changing the sentiment of the sentence
That right word
Thrown out of context
With unplanned banditry diction
Conversation falters and silence reigns
That right word
Fighting for ground
To reclaim original intention
Shambles into meaningless rambling
That right word
Lost in a question without purpose
Unravelled discourse and distracted concentration
That right word has become a spluttering curse
That right word
chasing after itself and from me
screaming its identification towards deaf ears
through tunnels of darkness
That right word
Belligerent and antagonistic
Cries defiance at the incomprehension
WHY CAN’T YOU UNDERSTAND ME?
Perhaps the right word is not the only word I need to find.
