What is your story? How do we own our stories?

Here I am,

empty of all

.

but the rebuilt self.

Without the acessories

of a dead life.

.

Remnants scattered

on fields

of new acceptance.

.

Fertilizer for seeds

of new things.

.

It is nature.

It is birth.

It is organic.

It is death.

.

The push and pull

of invisible forces,

the very physics

of the world

cradling our bodies,

our souls,

.

tugging at a story

well lived. At deeds

performed with passion,

of risks taken,

.

putting the self,

pieces of the self,

on the line.

.

Watching eternity

decide the fate

of these sacred days. Embracing,

a higher risk, a

more noble journey.

.

At the end

of moments,

The space between

the words,

.

I hide

from nothing. I embrace

everything. Even

my mistakes,

my sins,

my failures.

.

they are all

the valid experiential

fuel for the new self.

.

I own my life,

I claim my deeds,

I call my demons

by their real names.

.

I live the story,

true.
