Spring

A season of rain

and unpredictable weather

birds tweeting

and flocking together

pollen falling down from

trees

forming yellow powder

that is hard to clean

off things

a coldness still

in the air

and the warmth comes and

goes for some

growth for flowers

and the emergence of

insects
