Sky Thy Vastness

The limitless has its own limits.

I can’t help but stop and look at

the eternal heavenly.

Now lasting is just the thing.

To get me wondering if the heavenly is ageless.

How deep is the divine celestial!

Up, up, up into the illumination of the celestial.

Softly it goes- the godlike, the sacred, the intangible.

The majestic Sun sings with a dazzling smile.

Never forget Sun’s love for hide and seek.

Look to the rainbow,

the rainbow is the most zany arc of all.

How blithesome is the deep alpenglow!

Down, down, down into the darkness of the alpenglow.

Delicately it glides - the bottomless, the late, the colorful.

Look to the horizon

the horizon is the most impassive

scope of all for imagination.

Are you upset by how deadpan it is?

Does it make you pensive to see the horizon so stolid?

Thank you so much for giving your precious time to read. If you like this poem, please appreciate in the way the most convenient to you.
