Stray dogs beneath Sicilian balconies

The romanticisation of ethnicity

The culture of Sicily

The cultivated daydreams

The market commotion of the cockney

seen in the streets

miles away

the crowds and the parades outside the cafe's down alleyways

wine drunk in authentic ways

Cigarettes placed to the local tourist's tanned face

pizzas devoured in moreish ways

the emmergrades of Moorish slaves

Come to save the day.
