Itty bitty cutie sitting top a log,
saw you shaking while on a jog.
Peculiar you are with your hair up high,
what did you do; drop from the sky?
A tale of few words often suits best,
when laying soundly in your own nest.
A bit of misfortune befell this little fella,
when searching around for any umbrella.
He rose to the sky upon the high wire,
quickly he ran until his feet would soon tire.
Resting a bit before his renewed search,
he soon regretted his choice of perch.
A bolt from the town gave him quite the jolt,
which soon followed in a cry of revolt.
Falling from his height he soon caught a break,
landing in leaves laying close to a rake.
Startled but safe re ran to his log,
which led me to him being seen on my jog.
