Sweet, unmask me not of this burning flesh

This blistering, flashing and churning flesh

These bursting bolts of love you beg me for

Will surely char your ever yearning flesh

Cruelty loves candor my dear; choose not

Madness over lies- what secerning flesh

Lucid are the flames that now lure you in

Flames from which there is no returning flesh

Sweet, be delicate in opening me

There is a great violence in learning flesh

I fear the shadows will chase you away

The heart shades itself from such spurning flesh

Your emery eyes are like naked nights

I hide in dress- my spirit turning flesh
