Seasons. They bring sun, they bring rain. Some bring love and warmth, while others bring pain.
Seasons. They come and go. Creating new norms with strange, they change and rearrange.
Seasons. They bring heat of blisters, cold of blizzards, skies with storms of lightening, thunder and twisters
Seasons. They draw us into the open with unbearable heat or lower freezing temperatures that make us retreat.
Seasons. They have the potential to bloom wildlife with green or ice every leave on a branch until they are no longer seen.
Seasons. They always feel like small new years, the beginning and end of a new school year.
Seasons. They bring something new to teach us, temperatures and temptations of life that seek to reach us.
Seasons. They come as periods of pain and grief, others come as encouragements to hopes and beliefs.
Seasons. They shift every tide and every gear. Seasons. A check point for every time in every year.
I'm thankful for every season because they remind us that everything happens for a reason.
