In the depths of sorrow's embrace,

Where shadows linger, and tears erase,

A poem unfolds, a tale untold,

Of sadness that pierces, a heart grown cold.

Like a storm that rages, relentless and wild,

Sadness engulfs, like a forlorn child,

It whispers in echoes, a haunting refrain,

A symphony of anguish, a soul in pain.

In the silence of night, when stars lose their glow,

Sadness creeps in, like a ghostly shadow,

It paints the world in shades of gray,

And steals the colors of joy away.

It lingers in memories, like a bittersweet song,

A melody of longing, that echoes for long,

It weaves through the heart, like a delicate thread,

Leaving fragments of dreams, shattered and spread.

But amidst the darkness, a flicker of light,

A glimmer of hope, shining so bright,

For sadness, though heavy, can teach us to grow,

To cherish the moments, both high and low.

For in the depths of sadness, we find our strength,

To rise from the ashes, to go to any length,

To embrace the pain, and let it transform,

Into resilience and wisdom, weathering the storm.

So let us not fear the sadness that comes,

For it is a part of life, where growth often thrums,

And as we navigate the depths of despair,

We emerge stronger, with hearts that repair.

For sadness, though heavy, can lead us to grace,

To appreciate love, in every embrace,

And as we journey through life's ebb and flow,

Sadness reminds us, that we're human, and we grow.
