riddance

'only a lustrous desire for riddance'

Dead from life

Captured in the web of misery

Longing to leave the place of doubtful games

Ruptured and broken and burnt of the icy fire and hot icicles.

Enduring the long bitter slow separation

It does not happen, it will not happen.

Hopes of riddance,

Wishes for freedom,

Prayers for solitary contentment,

All in vain, under the rain

Soaking wet

Body drenched.

I'm cold.

Tears full of scars

Like black rain in a sky clear

Not love, nor affection,

Only a lustrous desire for riddance.

Again, again mad man rambles

Words like breeze in the sound of wind

Flowing in the wind but heard still,

Suffocation endeared like a precious jewel

Gems all shining

Yet unable of mercy

Fair riddance.

sad poetry
