Relax

Relax… you can’t take chaotic energy anywhere, it will just show you up; it’s a bit like having a rambunctious pet. It’s sacred in the outside universe; it creates earthquakes and volcanoes, but if you notice, it mostly loves tranquil situations… relax.

Relax… energy can get lost and end up in some pretty strange places. It can carry you away inside a vivacious concoction of conflicts. There is nothing that can confuse quite like energy; it is a master of disguise, constantly masquerading as smooth reality. Even though you are mixed up and confused about everything… relax.

Relax… it is impossible to know who you are until you really examine yourself inside. You have to feel yourself, see how you respond to the touch of love, understand how you react to all circumstances of feeling and how you deal with power. You cannot let it corrupt you or your senses; just let it swirl as it passes through you… relax.
