Reality

In memory

Tomorrow I will break away,

I'll take one for the road today.

Forget the future and the past,

I'll break it up and make it last.

Well now I'm never going back to sleep,

cause life is always better in my dreams,

and whenever I wake it always seems,

like I can't face reality.

The moral path has scraped my knee,

there's no such thing as decency,

so if I sleep with one of two,

I'll have enough to buy a few.

Well now I'm never going back to sleep,

cause life is always better in my dreams,

and whenever I wake it always seems,

like I can't face reality.

I can't care about anything,

cause loosing you is like loosing part of myself.

And I wake to crying can't stop drowning

I can't help myself.

Why'd it have to be you and not someone else?
