It is fascinating what you put in your mind
So, please take my advice be kind
It is all about your mental state and behavioral state
In your journey through life will determine your fate
It relates to the relationship with society and self
So, confusion and frustration I am putting you on the shelf
There are so many people who are at conflict with daily structure
Stress can be overwhelming of thoughts in which feels the brain could rupture
Habits are formed through repetitive actions
Which stops you from being proactive by distraction
The persona is what is presented to hide behind the mask
Each day is challenging just to complete tasks
Yet some people view Mental Health as eccentric or unusual due to being different
Excuse me if I did not get the memo for your ignorance
