How do you stop the period of time

As the another day is just too much to a-line.

You have told your story & no one has turned the wave off your shame.

Even though you have tried , your precious heart has been thrown aside.,

Alone in every sense

I have to give up as nothing has ever been this over wellmingly this tense.

I cannot change the way things went wrong
