My mind clouds and my thoughts are scrambled. And I struggling to remember

When I don't recognize your beautiful face or remember the name that I gave you. Remember for me.

Be patience with me

When I repeat myself, repeat myself.

When the past becomes my present

And I don't know the day, month or year.

Stay calm.

When the storm of emotions hit and frustration, anger and fear arises.

Remember that I love you, that will never change

Be strong

But don't hold it all in.

Let the frustration, anger and tears flow

Grieve for the loss of what was and now is.
