Oh, patience please
I can hear you calling my name
A virtue to be upheld
An embodiment of personality
Seems painful at the moment
Yet a necessary trait
Reveals hidden things in plain sight
Turns ordinary things to treasure
The diamonds know this truth
Even earth minerals too
Wine can vouch for that - I get better with time
Babies have a story to tell - as they form in the womb
Life its self is entwined in its grip
With little knowledge
Wisdom & understanding
To navigate earth experiences
Patience shows us the way
Patience, a necessary trait
Makes sense of love
Embellishes kindness and gentleness with others
Patience, in all its glory
Is woven in all masterpieces of creation
Mastery of self & of all things
Have it as a prerequisite
It rears its might when alignment is a miss
It creates calm when thunders roar
Allows for growth & expansion
With respect to times & seasons
Patience, please
Have your way with all.
