Do you Profit from Pain

I hurt so bad all the time

Pain has ruined my life

It is always on my mind

A source of constant strife

No one seems to understand

Or is it they don’t care

They think it’s mine to command

A little cross I should bare

I’m told to be a man

That I should just suck it up

Like Pain is a thing that fits in my hand

With the shattered pieces of my broken Luck

Yet the thing that drives me insane

And bothers me the most about it

Is that there are those that think my pain

Should be a source of their profit

What type of low life invests

In a company that profits from pain

Do you have guilty regrets

When you spend the money you have gained

Now I do not know that if in Hell

There’s a place for those guilty of this sin

The question is why the ethics fail

And people do a thing so grim
