Once Upon A Lifetime

Poem Written by Sara Cooper

Once upon a lifetime,

Where the flowers once bloomed,

Comes a tale of sadness.

You pushed and pulled me away.

You made me cry once or twice.

But you failed to break my spirit.

And you never will.

I'm stronger than my yesterdays.

That is a known fact.

If you wish to know me more,

Do come knocking at my door.

And I'll show you a warrior.

One stronger than most expected...

Once upon a lifetime...
