Oh, We Fell

Hands touch

Mouths speak

Ears listen

Fingers dance

Oh

To be a passerby on a summer day

Watching hearts unfold on a gingham spread

Lips touch

Touches speak

Hearts listen

Feet dance

We

Flew so far to be together

Collided in midair - an elaborate explosion

Cheeks touch

Silence speaks

Chests listen

Pulses dance

Fell

In love on a melted afternoon

Differences aside, aching lullabies drift to yellow dreams

Your

Hands like a sin

Mouth, orange-slice sweet

Ears hear everything

Fingers hold strong

Lips study my own

Touches steal my breath

Heart smiles wider

Feet, clumsily striding

Cheek, sand-paper grating

Silence louder than words

Chest a rest for my head

Pulse - the song that leads me to sleep

In

Those moments you are the

Center of it all
