Novelty leads to Poverty

Wake up in the morning

Stretching getting out of bed

Thank God not dead

Thanking Him for my home

Shower get dressed

Run a pick or comb through hair

On my dome

As I go through the days

I see pays

Shades of plays

Colorful ways

Novelty leads to Poverty

Yes I want the very best

But my wants

My needs

Constantly test

Pays shows up

As the world says

Money is power

You think

Damn I only make ten an hour

And if I had more green

I could be heard and seen

If you know what I mean

Money talks

Bull sugar, honey, ice tea, walks

To a side or dimension

Of not a Rolex watch

But

A five dollar Walmart clock

Tick Tock Tick Tock

Novelty leads to Poverty

As time ticks away

Here comes play

Hair nappy

Go to Beauty Shop

Make it Snappy

New do

Wardrobe is through

Girl saw some new shoes, purses, and dresses

Go on and get it stop second guessing

Shopping made me hungry

Time to eat

Where should I go Red Lobster or Apple B’s

Budget screaming

No woman

Captain D’s

Better yet

Where's the beef?

Wendy’s

But you don’t listen

Wanting to glow and glisten

Novelty leads to Poverty

Rent around the corner, lights, internet and phone do

Need to try something new

Hey boo

If you are smart fellas

Run and say not you

Talked about pays

We did play

Next up

Colorful ways

Women are Women

Men are Men

God made us both to be more than friends

Women you know we are colorful

Want Denzel

Man fine as hell

Not pulled up from a well

Want Fred

Great in bed

No time to revise the dead

Men I know you like Halle

Showing her off

From New York

To Cali

Not a drudge and from an alley

Name Mable

Don’t be scared to ask

Mable are you able

To bring something

Besides looks

To the table

No drums

For the dum dee dee dum

Ditty ditty dum dum

Fellas

Proceed Using Specific Safety Yielding

Take the first letter from each word

You heard

Using her colorful ways to pay

She preys and plays

Novelty leads to Poverty

Single Mothers

Like Tupac says

Holler if you hear me

Strategically Intellectually Notoriously Giving Love Everlasting

Magnificent Omnipotent Thinkers Hysterically Earning Rations Superbly

Thank God for our beautiful children

Who are our encouragement to do better

Never mind what trials life weather

Sunshine and rain

Rob Base

Joy and Pain

Thankful for this date

To create

What will be a great read

Now then later

Herstory

Women control your fate

Work smarter

Budget harder

Some things can wait

Novelty leads to poverty
