Your self-view is misleading and untrue.
I know that in the mirror, you see flaws.
Your mind is sometimes so unkind to you,
But when you feel imperfect, take a pause.
For darling, there is something you must know:
The mind plays tricks and mirrors whisper lies
If only there was some way I could show
The vision I see with my own two eyes.
The sun cannot compete with your sweet smile
Nor with the way it warms a person’s heart.
With beauty that will always be in style,
You are a marvel, you’re a work of art.
Remember always, dear, this single phrase:
Beloved, you are perfect in all ways.
