Another noonday of bleakness, awake in Paradise with weakness! Where to turn? Where to go? Feel the burn? Earth spinning slow . . . JUST LET ME OFF!

Foolish Jester, spent cast-off, anger red, pain white hot! Fetid aneurism? Septic blot? Neuronic schism? Venal block . . . OUT DAMNED SPOT!

I hear your thoughts draped in disdain

Oh! For SERENITY to explain!

Grant me peace, I will explain, while you snigger and complain, turn the dial, raise the pain! Creeping invisibly? Clawing indelibly? Overwhelmed again . . . JUST MAKE IT STOP!

Imploding life built on lies, exploding pressure in the eyes! Can you see my pain! Can I explain again? A worm inside the brain? Must be disguised . . . IT JUST WON’T STOP!

Lifeless staring, outer space

Lacking tune, rhyme and grace

Burrow down and view my side, Hellfire sparks and Devil’s Bride! White turns red? Pupils dead? Heart lead-filled yet underfed . . . AND STILL IT WILL NOT STOP!

Darkness oozes into the air, the Sun falls down to ease the glare. Day-done, THANK CHRIST! What fun, TOTAL BLAST! Nocturnal Blessing here to reap? Ease the ache with deepest sleep . . .

. . . PRAY THE DREAMS WILL NEVER STOP!

I have tried to immerse you in personal journey through a trying day in a long week.

Sleeping till early afternoon and hanging out for darkness, to escape an internal blackness, weighing heavily on every passing moment.

Have I succeeded in penning a feeling of Chaos? . . . I don’t know . . . hopefully.

Fortunately, in time and with help, the Sun's rays creep back into life and the eternal gloom lifts gradually away.

Life truly is, a magical and rewarding gift again!
